NDA Application Form 2025
The NDA application form comprises Part I and II. Candidates need to follow the below-given step-by-step guide for filling out both parts of the NDA application form:
NDA Form: Part 1
NDA part I registration is divided into four pages that are described below:
Page 1 – Candidateโs Registration
For the registration process, candidates need to enter their personal details, address, and educational qualifications. Besides, personal details like their name, date of birth, fatherโs name, motherโs name, Aadhaar number, and nationality, they also need to provide details of community, marital status, etc. In addition to these, candidates also need to enter their complete address, email ID, and contact number. ย
Page 2 – Choose the Branch Preferences
On the second page of the NDA application form, candidates have to choose their preferred branch like Indian Army, Air Force, or Navy. On this page, applicants also have to specify whether they are students of Sanik/military school or sons of JCO/NCO/other rank officer.
Page 3 – Verify the Details
On the third page applicants are required to verify the details they have provided in the application form, as they are not allowed to correct the submission of the NDA form. Candidates after verifying the details have to agree to the terms and conditions by clicking on the required checkbox.
Page 4 – Generation of Registration ID
Registration ID is generated on the fourth page which also shows other details like the candidateโs name, fatherโs name, DOB, email ID, etc. The Part I registration process is completed with this and the registration ID is also sent to the candidateโs registered email ID.
NDA Application Form 2025 – Part II
NDA application form 2025 Part II requires candidates to pay the application fees, choose the examination centre, and upload scanned copies of photographs as well as signatures. Candidates must carefully review all the information they have provided before finally submitting the application.
NDA Application Fee
The application fee for the NDA exam is INR 100 for General and OBC candidates whereas SC/ST/Sons of JCOs, Women/NCOs, and ORs are exempted from paying any fee. Candidates can pay the NDA application fee through cash, credit card, debit card, or net banking.
NDA Eligibility Criteria
Candidates have to meet the below-given eligibility criteria for appearing in the NDA exam:
- Candidates should have completed or appeared in the class 12thexam can apply for the Army Wing of NDA
- Candidates should have passed class 12thwith Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or an equivalent exam conducted by a state education board or a university for the Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA.
- Candidates should be unmarried male or female.
- Candidates should be citizens of India, a subject of Nepal, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and the East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, and Ethiopia or Vietnam, intending to permanently settle in India.
- Candidates both male and female must have been born not earlier than January 2, 2005, and not later than January 1, 2008.
- Candidates should be physically fit to carry on the duties and responsibilities.

NDA 2025 Syllabus
UPSC has released the NDA exam 2025 syllabus that is framed based on the level of the exam.
