3. Eligibility
- Students below 18 years must have parental/guardian consent.
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- SSA reserves the right to deny admission or terminate access for false information or misconduct.
4. Account Creation & Security
To access personalized learning, you may be required to register an account.
You agree to:
- Keep your credentials secure.
- Not share or transfer your login to others.
- Immediately inform SSA of unauthorized access.
SSA is not responsible for any loss arising from account misuse.
5. Services Offered
SSA offers:

6. Fee, Payment & Enrollment
- Course fees must be paid in full or via approved installment plans.
- Enrollment becomes active only upon fee confirmation.
- All fees are non-transferable and non-adjustable.
- SSA reserves the right to revise fees or offers without prior notice.
- Late payments may attract penalty charges or course suspension.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, or Offline Payment.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
SSA maintains a fair and transparent refund policy:
a) Before Course Commencement
- A refund request submitted within 2 days of payment and before batch start is eligible for 70% refund (after deducting processing charges).
b) After Course Commencement
- Once classes (online/offline) have begun, no refund shall be provided under any circumstance.
c) Digital Products / Test Series / Recorded Courses
- No refund applicable once access is granted.
d) Cancellation Requests
- Must be made in writing via email to satishscienceacademy8830@gmail.com
- SSA reserves the right to accept or reject requests based on internal review.
All refunds (if approved) will be processed within 30–45 working days to the original payment method.
8. Use of Content & Intellectual Property
All materials provided by SSA — including lectures, study notes, PDFs, question papers, logos, designs, videos, and written content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Satish Science Academy.
You shall not:
- Copy, record, modify, resell, or distribute SSA content.
- Share login credentials or access with non-registered users.
Unauthorized usage will lead to immediate termination and may invite legal action under Indian Copyright Act.
9. Student Conduct & Code of Ethics
All students must:
- Maintain discipline, decorum, and academic integrity.
- Avoid plagiarism or misuse of materials.
- Refrain from any form of abuse, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
Violation may result in termination without refund.
10. Attendance & Participation
For offline students:
- Regular attendance is compulsory.
- Irregular attendance may lead to suspension.
For online students:
- Ensure proper internet connectivity.
- Avoid sharing or recording class sessions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
SSA strives to deliver accurate content but does not guarantee:
- Specific ranks, marks, or admission outcomes.
- Error-free or uninterrupted access to digital platforms.
All services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties.
12. Limitation of Liability
SSA, its employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Technical issues or downtime
- Academic results or ranks
- Unauthorized account usage
- Errors or omissions in content
Maximum liability, if proven, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.
