Satish Science Academy is an educational institution registered in India and operates under all applicable laws.

  • SSA is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

5. Course Enrollment, Fees & Payment

  • Course fees must be paid in full or as per the selected installment plan before course access is granted.
  • All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances defined in our Refund Policy.
  • SSA reserves the right to revise course fees, offers, or discounts without prior notice.
  • Late fee payments may attract additional charges or suspension of access.

Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and recognized digital wallets.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by SSA’s Refund Policy.
  • No refunds shall be issued for digital content, online test series, or once classes have commenced.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and approved by the management.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by SSA—including lectures, videos, notes, test papers, assignments, images, logos, branding, and website content—is protected by Intellectual Property Laws of India.

  • Any unauthorized usage may lead to account termination and legal action.

8. Code of Conduct

By enrolling or accessing our services, you agree to:

  • Not engage in plagiarism, misuse of content, or fraudulent activities.
  • Avoid sharing account credentials or reselling course materials.

9. Attendance and Performance (For Offline Students)

  • Regular attendance is mandatory to ensure academic progress.
  • SSA reserves the right to deny continuation in the course for students with poor attendance or repeated misconduct.
  • Internal assessments and tests are designed to track progress; participation is compulsory.

10. Online Platform Usage Policy

For online students:

  • Ensure stable internet connectivity for uninterrupted learning.
  • Avoid recording or redistributing live classes or digital materials.
  • SSA is not responsible for interruptions caused by user-side technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

SSA strives to deliver high-quality education but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, ranks, or admissions.

In no event shall SSA, its staff, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use SSA services
  • Unauthorized access or data breach
  • Errors, delays, or interruptions in services

Your sole remedy is discontinuation of SSA services.

12. Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to third-party websites or services. SSA is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party platforms. Please review their Terms separately.

13. Data Privacy & Protection

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed as per our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to data collection for:

SSA employs reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Suspension or Termination

SSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if a user:

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

15. Force Majeure

SSA shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or network failures.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in Pune, Maharashtra.

Any disputes arising shall be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
